The service

AI Fitcopilot helps you plan meals and estimate nutrition for muscle growth. You need an account. You agree to these terms and the privacy policy when you sign up.

Not medical advice

This is general nutrition information, not medical advice. Talk with your doctor, especially if you have a medical condition.

Targets, calculations, meal reviews, and day reviews are general nutrition information and estimates. They can be wrong. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment, or a personal medical plan.

Your content

You keep what you write: chat, recipes, meals, and days. You give the app permission to store that content and to send the parts a feature needs to the model, as the privacy policy describes. A recipe stays private until you publish it. Publishing shows that recipe and its photo to anyone and allows search engines to index it. Making it private again removes the public page. Chat, meals, days, and your profile stay private.

Your account

You can change your email from Account after you confirm it. You can delete the account from that page. Deletion removes the data the privacy policy lists as yours.
